Dear fellow business owner:
Every year hundreds of business owners come from all over the world to attend
the System Seminar. You may be one of them.
I've been putting on events like this for the last sixteen years and my goal
for the annual seminar is to expose you to the best and brightest in Internet
marketing.
But there's a lot more to running and growing a business than sitting in a seminar
seat.
In fact, one of the biggest challenges you may face as a business owner is getting
clear, direct
feedback on your business - your plans, your goals, your techniques - from people who have
been there and
know what they're talking about.
Your missing link
It's a cliche, but it's true: it's lonely at the top.
It can be very difficult to find fellow business owners who share your passion and depth of committment
to building and growing a successful business.
And when you add a certain level of marketing sophistication to
the mix it can be darn near impossible.
That's where System Mastermind sessions come in.
I've been coaching and advising business owners - formally and informally - for over twenty years and I've
come up with a formula that works like magic:
Gather twelve serious business owners in a room with no distractions for a solid weekend,
invoke the Mastermind Principle and focus not just on fun and sharing information but on
creating breakthroughs:
Breakthroughs in marketing...breakthroughs in management...breakthroughs in operations...breakthroughs in efficiency. And perhaps most important of all breakthroughs
in aligning your business with your true passions and goals.
Here's how Napolean Hill described the phenomenon in his book THINK AND GROW RICH:
"Analyze the record of any man who has accumulated a great fortune, and many of those
who have accumulated modest fortunes, and you will find that they have either consciously,
or unconsciously employed the "Mastermind" principle.
GREAT POWER CAN BE ACCUMULATED THROUGH NO OTHER PRINCIPLE!"
The track record of my Mastermind groups
Like I said, I've been at this for awhile.
Here are some of the things that have come out of my private Mastermind groups over the years:
The very first web marketing seminar started
as a Mastermind session I organized in San Francisco in 1994.
Rick Boyce, the father of the banner ad, was a member
of another Mastermind group I started which was active in the spring of 1994.
The System Seminar itself started as - and continues to
flourish - as a private, behind-the-scenes Mastermind group.
Among other things the System Seminar played a pioneering role in
promoting pay-per-click advertising (2001), online
audio advertising (2002), online video advertising (2005) and mobile marketing (2008).

The structure of a System Mastermind Group
In the past, participation in the System Mastermind Group required a yearlong $10,000.00+ commitment.
Starting in 2010 we're making the experience available on an ala carte basis.
This means, assuming your application is accepted, you will be invited to attend
as many or as few meetings as you want...paying only for the actual meetings you attend:
1. Membership in the System Mastermind Group is open to qualified business owners only and is
by application.
2. Each meeting is limited to twelve or less participants. First come, first served.
3. New members pay $1,995 for their first meeting and $995 for each additional meeting
they choose to attend. No contract. No yearlong commitment. Come to the meetings you want
to attend and miss the ones that can't or don't want to attend.
Best,
Ken McCarthy
